Buy Lorazepam Without Prescription, Like most people, I often suspect certain machinations are afoot behind the scenes of our various public policy debates. Lorazepam description, It isn't all that often, however, order Lorazepam from United States pharmacy, Cheap Lorazepam no rx, that I'm handed a smoking gun, as it were, what is Lorazepam. Where can i find Lorazepam online, There has been considerable press given to the intervention in the C-391 debate by the CACP, CAPB and CPA and over how "police" from coast to coast to coast support the usefulness of the long gun registry, Lorazepam street price. Lorazepam recreational, But what would you say if police were actually being muzzled?

First, lets review, Lorazepam dangers. Order Lorazepam from mexican pharmacy, On May 4th, Senior Deputy Commissioner William Sweeney and Chief Superintendent Marty Cheliak of the RCMP appeared before the House of Commons Standing Committee on Public Safety and National Security to defend the embattled long-gun registry and oppose Bill C-391, Lorazepam steet value.

Their support of the registry was joined by the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police (CACP), The Canadian Association of Police Boards (CAPB), and the Canadian Police Association (CPA). On May 5th, the CACP, CAPB, and CPA issues a joint statement on C-391 and the long-gun registry, along with a breakdown of the top 10 "myths" regarding the Canadian Firearms Program, Buy Lorazepam Without Prescription. Lorazepam maximum dosage, The join statement begins (emphasis mine):

Representing the police boards, police officers and police leaders from across Canada, purchase Lorazepam, Lorazepam online cod, the CAPB, CPA and CACP are working collaboratively to prevent violent incidents related to firearms.

Their position, buy Lorazepam online cod, Purchase Lorazepam online no prescription, however, was not new, Lorazepam cost. Buy no prescription Lorazepam online, In April Toronto Police Services Chief, and head of the CACP, Lorazepam long term, About Lorazepam, William Blair issued a statement that began (again, emphasis mine):
Police in Canada are united on the absolute importance of retaining the Firearms Registry. There are a few police officers blind to the information that keeps them and their colleagues safe, Lorazepam canada, mexico, india. Online buying Lorazepam, There is a police chief or two who may not be well informed about the real value of the registry.  They are very rare exceptions.

The theme of police support was included in their "myths" document, which is also published on the TPS-hosted site www.truthsandmyths.ca, Lorazepam samples, Lorazepam duration, where the 6th myth reads:
myth: Police don’t support the CFP.   truth:  Police support the registration of all firearms in Canada.

But is that true, Lorazepam use. Buy Lorazepam Without Prescription, We'll probably never know because on May 5th - the same day the CACP et al were telling us how police supported the registry - senior RCMP staff was instructing rank and file members to keep their yaps shut (presumably, if they know what's good for them.)

Dr. Buy cheap Lorazepam no rx, Tasleem Budhwani, the Executive Assistant at the Office of the RCMP Director General sent out the following email to all commanding officers:

Attached were a number of PDFs including a copy of Chief Blair's April statement, kjøpe Lorazepam på nett, köpa Lorazepam online, Purchase Lorazepam online, the CACP/CAPB/CPA Joint Statement, the Myths/Truths document and  an internal memo from Deputy Commissioner T, australia, uk, us, usa. G, Buy Lorazepam Without Prescription. Lorazepam australia, uk, us, usa, Killam.

In his letter D/Commr. Killam clearly states the RCMP position on the firearms registry:

The RCMP position is, and always has been, that the services provided by the CFP, including the registration and licensing of all firearms, are valuable resources for all law enforcement, nationally and internationally. The registration of all firearms enables individual accountability, promotes safety and life-saving measures, and is a pro-active investigative tool in assisting law enforcement.

Then he tells all the detachment commanders to pass the position paper and CACP/CPA/CAPB propaganda to all RCMP employees and, finally, "asks" that everyone refrain from offering personal opinions:
This information should be disseminated to all your employees for their information. I would ask that you please refrain from providing any personal opinions [...]

Now, I don't know about you but I'm fairly sure when your boss "asks" that you "please refrain" from doing something he's not "asking". Buy Lorazepam Without Prescription, So, in other words, Deputy Commissioner Killam has instructed - in a signed internal memo - RCMP members to refrain from providing their own opinions on the firearms registry all while senior RCMP brass and organizations like the CACP claim that they represent the almost unanimous voice of Canadian police officers.

Now ask yourself. If you were a mountie would you risk being moved to a detachment in Lac-La-Middle-Of-Nowhere, Northern Manitoba for speaking your mind. I know I wouldn't.

So the RCMP has successfully silenced any dissenting voices from within the ranks. One wonders if police officers working for the Toronto Police Service have received similar memos, Buy Lorazepam Without Prescription.

Just how many police officers have been silenced.

UPDATE #1 (May 13, 11:33AM) - I have had a few members contact me indicating they'd like to share their opinion but feel constrained by the obvious intimidation from management. If you're a serving member you can contact me at rcmpspeakout@rafaelgomez.com for instructions on how to submit your opinion anonymously.

Update #2 (May 13, 2:30PM) - I just had someone send me this link to D/Comm Killam's BIO on the RCMP site. This probably shouldn't come as a surprise (emphasis mine):

In June 2008, Mr. Killam was appointed Deputy Commissioner, Policing Support Services (PSS). As the Deputy Commissioner of PSS, Mr. Killam is responsible for the business lines of Technical Operations, the Chief Information Officers’ sector, Criminal Intelligence, and the RCMP Canadian Firearms Program - all of which provide support to front line police operations throughout the RCMP.

  2. Well folks, if you were wondering why all the cops that have been honestly speaking about the registry have “ex” prefacing their title or “retired” following it, now you know why.

    Wrong Way

  3. If anyone sees this and isn’t outraged by it, they should take great comfort in being a well-behaved and ignorant ‘prole’ in Orwell’s worst nightmare.

  4. I rather expect that if a senior fire official tried that with fire service legislation he’d be getting a kick in the groin from the boy’s.

Subsequent to that, every news organization in Canada would be informed.

  5. Perhaps a letter from the Solicitor General, ‘asking’ the Deputy Commissioner to keep his yap shut, would be in order. If a civil servant meddles in politics he/she can expect repercussions…

  6. This is just Canada’s version of the Political Police. Known in other Countries at different times as the Gestapo, KGB, Check a, Stasi. The political cops are beholden to Liberals as is the CGC. Their bought & paid for.
My sympathies lie with the regular force personnel, who have to be under these power mad horses asses.
The political brass are progressive drones looking for brownie points from Marxists.

  7. Employees of the Federal Government are not allowed to make personal comments or observations to the media and are always required to refer the matter to a communications officer. Government workers are expected consider the needs and the well being of the public service as a whole as being more important than their own. It is actually recognized in case law that freedom of speech for members of the public service can be lawfully curtailed to remain in keeping with Government doctrine!

  8. That may be true, but then the senior management shouldn’t be claiming – together with the CACP – that there is a consensus between front-line officers and senior management.

  9. Interesting that if federal employees are required to keep with Government doctrine, that they are speaking out against the government, after all the CPC are the government, and they want to see the registry go away.

  10. Interesting. Just before the new laws came in I did a poll of Members in my area (I was serving in the RCMP at the time). Of over 100 members asked directly only a single (and rather badly misinformed) Member thought it was a good idea. The rest just shook their heads in disgust because, even then, the collective Chiefs of Police were cackling about what a good idea it was. I then attended a political meeting and openly voiced my opinion that the registry was……well….stupid – and certainly not designed to do anything constructive. Of course, I was about to retire so I was pretty much ‘bullet proof’ as far as upper management was concerned.
And now, a couple of billion later, the same Chiefs of Police are STILL either blind to the facts…or more probably, displaying a willfull ignorance in support of political gain.

  11. Those of us with policing backgrounds should not be surprised that the Chief of Toronto and head of CACP is spouting the same drivel as the Mayor of Toronto. He slags two of the most respected Chiefs, Fantino and Rick Hanson – the two who happen to know what a useless boondoggle this long gun registry has become.

Principles # 5 and 8 are violated by the police officially engaging in political lobbying to keep the gun registry.
