Lets be honest, Liberal / NDP voters are never going to be tired of being lied to. If adscam didn’t turn off Libs than nothing ever will. And N Dippers? more to be pitied than laughed at.
Only conservative voters expect anything from their party. Thats why there is no more PC party.

Thanks for the comment Merle. You're right when you say Gilles Duceppe didn't sign the first document. I suspect that's part of the PR spin - the Liberals and NDP probably realize that they will get further saying the coalition is only between the Liberals and NDP. Mr. Duceppe did sign a second document (which is also available online), along with Dion and Layton, setting out the coalitions goals. Specifically, their document says:

All three parties agree that the Canadian economy and the fiscal framework of the federal government have severely weakened since the last federal budget... The following plan describes common goals and sets out an outline to provide active stimulus for the economy over the next two years, with a shared commitment to return to surplus within four years.

It ends:

The Bloc Quebecoise will adhere to this agreement until June 30, 2010 unless renewed.

Hi, I’m over from SDA and liked to you. I did not see GD name or signature on the document. I think that PMSH has made another end run on the libs/ndps. I never could see GD ever mixing with two retards to form the coalition but as they say politics make strange bedfellows. You have to be amazed at the stupidity of the libs/ndps.
